Ruaha National Park protects a vast tract of the rugged, semi-arid bush country that characterises central Tanzania. Its lifeblood is the Great Ruaha River that is a home to the largest concentration of Nile hippos. It is a transitional to the acacia savannah of East Africa and the miombo woodland belt of Southern Africa.
Day 01: Dar es Salaam Transfer
Upon arrival at Dar es Salaam International Airport, you will be met and greeted by our representative and be transferred to your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02: Dar es Salaam – Ruaha National Park
Our Ruaha Safaris commence as you depart the airport to Ruaha National Park by flight. Upon arrival, you will be met and picked up by our representative at the airstrip and be transferred to the camp enroute game drive. Enjoy the overnight stay at your camp on a game package basis.

Day 03 & 04: Ruaha National Park
Have your breakfast and depart for morning game drive within the park. Ruaha protects a vast tract of the rugged, semi-arid bush country that characterizes central Tanzania. Its lifeblood is the Great Ruaha River that is a home to the largest concentration of Nile hippos. Ruaha’s unusually high diversity of antelope (Lesser Kudu & Gant’s Gazelle) is a function of its location, which is transitional to the acacia savannah of East Africa and the miombo woodland belt of Southern Africa.
Return to the camp for lunch and afternoon leisure. In the evening, embark on for a game drive within the reserve as you explore it further. Overnight stay at your camp on a game package basis.

Day 05: Ruaha National Park – Dar es Salaam
